    UK Delivery

    Orders under £60 are delivered for only £2.99 for the entire order.

    Orders over £60 are delivered FREE.

    International Orders to USA Mainland, Europe Mainland, New Zealand and Australia are suspended.  Please see below.


    2025 DELIVERY UPDATE

    Please expect short delays for delivery.
     
    We are currently working to a 5-7 working day dispatch time due to the volumes of orders, so please allow a minimum of 10 working days for delivery of your order.  Please note that working days do not include weekends.
     
    Please note that there may be short delays for delivery from an order being placed, although your order may be dispatched much quicker in some cases. We promise we are doing our best to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.
     
    Please note that delivery services are currently under greater pressure than usual and there may also be a short delay with Royal Mail or the courier service.
     
    We promise to continue doing our best for you here and do apologise for any delays you may experience. 


    INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY SUSPENDED

    We have suspended all international deliveries due to the high shipping charges.  If you are an international customer please contact us if you wish to place an order.  You must advise us which products you wish to purchase and we will then send you an invoice with the total cost including shipping.  You must pay the invoice before your order can be dispatched.  

    In some cases it will not be possible to dispatch international orders if the shipping costs are disproportionate to the value of the items.

    International orders placed without contacting us first will be cancelled.  The costs incurred for processing the transaction will be deducted from your refund.
